We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet if, in our professional judgment, providing the service would pose a risk to the pet's health or safety, or to our staff. This includes but is not limited to pets with aggressive behavior, severe matting, or health conditions that may be aggravated by grooming procedures.
We may offer pet grooming products and accessories for sale through our website. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but cannot guarantee specific times or dates.
When booking an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including breed, size, coat condition, health concerns, and behavior issues. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges, service limitations, or appointment cancellation.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments or service refusal.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or modify the services provided. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals, but cannot guarantee that all scheduled services can be completed.
Service prices are based on pet size, breed, coat condition, and specific services requested. All prices listed on our website or promotional materials are estimates only. The final price may vary based on the actual condition of your pet's coat, behavior during grooming, or additional services required.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect already-confirmed appointments unless significant additional services are required.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original booking, such as de-matting, flea treatments, or special handling for difficult pets. We will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding with these services when possible.
All pets must be current on required vaccinations as specified by local regulations. Proof of vaccinations may be required before services are provided. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet without proper vaccination documentation.
You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioral issues your pet may have before services are provided. Failure to disclose such information may result in injury to your pet and/or our staff, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Severely matted coats may require shaving to remove matts humanely. We will make our best effort to advise you of this necessity before proceeding. You acknowledge that de-matting or shaving may cause nicks, cuts, or other injury to a pet with severely matted fur.
In the event of a pet health emergency during grooming, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, you authorize us to seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PawPerfect Grooming or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on our website and in our marketing materials.
We may take before and after photographs of your pet for our portfolio, website, or social media accounts. You may request that we not photograph your pet or that we not use such photographs publicly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawPerfect Grooming, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
